Journey's Flightby ~NightOfFire

I think I'm just addicted to Journey fan art. Drew this pic while listening to the OST on loop. It was influenced and referenced quite a bit from a screen cap I found online, though I've lost the link to it.

This picture was fun! And also sort of not. The detailing was a killer, though it might not look it. The design on the hems of the cloaks, and all of those ribbons....tsk.

But I sort of like how it turned out, and I'm glad I got it finished before it hit the "to be continued" pile...

Anyway. I really wanted to do a picture of these guys flying. When I played, I thought that their cloaks just look for beautiful flapping in the wind. And then the ribbons too, of course, and so lots of ribbons!
